My Real Estate business is focused around the Folsom Lake area which includes El Dorado Hills, Folsom, Granite Bay and Cameron Park. I feel fortunate to live and work in this area with its may recreational activities, great schools and major employers.
The weather in our area is very mild and allows for year-round recreational activities - such as snow sking in tahoe, white water rafting on the American river, boating on Folsom Lake or bike riding down the American river bike trail. The schools in the area are some of the best in the State with high academic scores from K - 12th grades. The Folsom Lake area is also home to some major employers like Intel Corporation, Blue Shield of California, Micron, the ISO, and Delta Dental to name a few.
Being a realtor is extremely rewarding because I help people with one of the most important decision of their lives - the buying and selling of their home.
